It depends on what you need, so I price each project on its own rather than selling set packages. A straightforward site for a small business usually starts in the low hundreds, and it goes up from there if you want custom features or more pages. Before I start anything I'll send you a fixed price in writing, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

Yes, that's my main thing. I build sites and web apps in Laravel and PHP rather than throwing together a drag-and-drop builder. The result is faster, more secure, and a lot easier to change later. If you need something a template can't do, like a booking system, a customer login, or a connection to software you already use, this is the way to go.

I do, and it's a big part of my work. If your site looks tired, runs slowly, or just isn't bringing you any enquiries, I can rebuild it properly. Where it makes sense I'll keep the bits that already work and the content that's earning you traffic on Google, so a redesign doesn't mean starting from zero.

Yes. If paying for the whole site upfront is a stretch, we can spread it over monthly instalments instead. I also do monthly maintenance if you'd rather I look after updates and backups for you once the site is live. Tell me your budget and I'll work something out around it.

For most small-business sites, somewhere between two and four weeks. A lot of it comes down to how quickly you can get me the content and your feedback. Bigger or more involved projects take a bit longer. I'll give you a proper timeline once I know what you're after, and I'll keep you in the loop as we go so you're never left wondering.

I build every site with Google in mind from day one: tidy code, fast loading, works properly on phones, and the right tags and structured data behind the scenes. I'll also get it set up in Google Search Console so Google can find and index it. Getting to the top takes time and ongoing work, but you'll launch on solid foundations rather than playing catch-up.

Definitely. I'm in Burnley but I work with people all over Lancashire and across the UK. Pretty much everything can be done over a call, by email, and through previews I share with you, so where you're based really doesn't matter. You get the same hands-on service either way.

You do, full stop. Once the work's done and paid for, the site and everything in it belongs to you. I don't lock anyone into a platform they can't leave, so you're free to take it elsewhere if you ever want to. Most people stay on for support, but that's your call, not a condition.
